The floating foundations for AquaVillas and AquaPier have a lifespan of at least 100 years.
The AquaVilla and AquaPires are designed to be in water, as their "hull" or floating foundation consists of a concrete foundation that provides buoyancy. The floating foundations for the AquaVillas and AquaPires are designed and built according to bridge standard L100, (the L stands for lifespan), which means that they can be in water for over a hundred years, without having to be dried out or maintained.

En inredningsbar AquaPir om 94 kvm, som är perfekt för extra lägenhet, gym, ateljé eller bastu/spa eller vad du önskar. I anslutning till trappan ner till AquaPiren har du ett 9 m² PirHus för praktisk förvaring, infrastruktur och anslutningar, så tillsammans har du 103 m² som bonus utöver boendeytan.
