\n Casabona <\/h2>\n

A unique frame system for houses on land and on the water.

A patented frame system<\/h4>All of our waterfront villas are built with the Casabona frame system. A patented system that, in short, integrates a Casabona Z-profile with hard insulation, resulting in a load-bearing and energy-efficient house frame.

Up to four floors<\/h4>It can be used for buildings as high as four floors. If you choose PIR, EPS or hard mineral wool as insulation, you get an inorganic construction, which means that the frame does not absorb moisture.

30% lighter than a traditional wooden frame<\/h4>Casabona frame systems are approximately 30 percent lighter than a traditional wooden frame. Each steel joist is “tailored” for its purpose, creating a unique fit and waste-free production.The Casabona system has been used since the first prototype for AquaVilla was built in 1999. In other words, the frame system is very well tested and developed and is also used on land for the construction of house frames, partition walls and roof structures. Immediately after Aqua Floating Group AB acquired the land and factory building at Lucerna in 2009, the company invested in its own roll forming machines for the production of Casabona profiles. Aqua Floating Group AB has since also invested in hole-making tools for the production of the profiles. The profiles are joined using Pop-rivets instead of self-tapping screws. With pre-drilled profiles, you do not have to measure the profiles, which guarantees better precision, while reducing assembly time by approximately 75-80%. \n Aqua Energy System and Aqua Slipfree Walking <\/h2>\n

An energy-saving and safety-creating patent.

Energy from the water<\/h4>AquaEnergySystem – a patented energy system that harnesses the energy from the surrounding water and heats the floating villas and Aquapirs. Regardless of the air temperature, the water never gets colder than +4 degrees at a depth of a few meters.

65-70% of the heating requirement. Cool in summer.<\/h4>Simply described, it is a hose system that is cast into the bottom plate of the caisson or pontoon that functions as a collector, i.e. collector of energy. The energy in the water is harnessed and passed through a heat pump that then supplies 65-70 percent of the heating needs for the floating villa. Conversely, the system can be used in the summer to provide cooling.
