The launch of AquaVilla in 2000 gave living on the water a whole new meaning. A lakeside plot on land was redefined as a lakeside plot on the water. Today, there are already AquaVillas in several places in Sweden. Today, 15 \u201cLakeside Villas\u201d are permanently located in Svindersviken in Nacka. A further 25 villas are planned for production and permanent anchorage in Skeppsbrostaden in central V\u00e4stervik. <\/p>\n\n

Aqua Floating Group AB is today a world-leading company when it comes to planning and developing marine communities both in Sweden and abroad. Agency agreements have been signed with companies representing Aqua Floating Group AB in the Baltics, Finland, Spain and Norway. A modern marine community is built on exactly the same conditions as living on land \u2013 accessible, disability-friendly, comfortable and safe. <\/p>\n\n

In places where there is a shortage of ground space for parking, we can even place an AquaParking, a floating parking garage, where level 0 has space for 40 cars, level 1 for 25 cars, of which 3 are disabled spaces, a total of 65 parking spaces. We can also build a section with level 0.1 for an additional 40 cars, which means that the floating parking garage can accommodate 105 cars in total. <\/p>\n\n
