About Futura
Villa Futura is inspired by the Bauhaus movement where design and function interact in perfect harmony. The large terraces make this house model one of our most popular. Villa Futura is placed on an AquaComBo where you also have living space down in the concrete caisson – lots of space in other words!
We start on the entrance floor where you enter a hall with a hanging closet next to a storage room with practical storage. There is also a practical guest toilet with shower.
The huge kitchen has an open plan to the dining area with room for many and an airy lovely living room with large French windows out to the terrace with a swim ladder. The stairs in the middle of the house lead up to a Master Suite with private bathroom, walk in closet and a spacious bedroom where you can lie and look out over the water from your bed.
If we go down the stairs in the AquaCombo, we will find a whole floor with a large living room, two spacious bedrooms, laundry, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, a well-planned storage room and technical spaces. In all rooms there are windows above the water surface and there is a beautiful play of light in the rooms when the sun’s rays hit the water surface.

The process
Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
