About Oslo 134
Villa Oslo is designed in a modern style with a mono-pitched roof lengthwise and sideways, which is ideal for solar panels and creates a wonderful ceiling height inside the house. The house is placed on an AquaComBi where there is plenty of storage down in the floating foundation.
The entrance on the gable leads into a hall with generous clothes storage and built-in wardrobe, a spacious bedroom and a toilet/shower. From the hall, you enter the lovely social areas with an open floor plan between the kitchen with dining area and the living room with large sliding doors to the large terrace.
We have placed the staircase a little to the side so that it does not take up too much space, and it leads up to the upper floor which is furnished with a Master Suite with walk-in closet and private bathroom. The generous family room can be used in a variety of ways, and it is lovely to sit here with a book and a cup of tea on rainy days.
There is also a large covered terrace that is a comfortable place either as protection from the sun or from the rain. The large areas are perfect for growing flowers and vegetables.

The process
Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
