Villa Laguna has large, generous terraces, space for solar cells on the roof and is built on an AquaComBi with 104 square meters of auxiliary space.
When you enter the house, you are greeted by wonderful natural light from all the large window sections. The high ceiling height creates a fantastic sense of space in the social areas with an open floor plan between the kitchen and living room.
The entrance has space for storage and utilities as well as a bathroom. The kitchen and living room create a beautiful social area, and the staircase leads up to the private section with bedrooms and bathroom and a large walk-in closet. You can easily access the large terraces through large glazed sliding door sections on all floors. There is also the possibility of a beautiful roof terrace with 360-degree views.

The process
Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
