About Sjövilla 210
Sjövilla 210 construction is the result of 25 years of research and development of homes on water. All materials, design and layout are carefully considered and selected to function optimally in marine environments. We have spared no expense when it comes to interior design and quality. You can customize your Sjövilla 210 and add a larger extension on level 3, or alternatively create a wonderfully large terrace.
The design of the Sjövilla 210 are slightly juxtapositioned and create an exciting design for your house. The entrance leads into a spacious hall with a built-in wardrobe for outerwear and shoes. There is also an extra bedroom or office, technical space and a large bathroom with shower. The open plan between the kitchen and living room creates lovely social spaces with room for many and we have designed a large pantry for practical storage of groceries. The large glazed window sections let in lots of light into your house.
The staircase leads up to the upper floor which we have furnished with a lovely family room, two bedrooms, a large bathroom and a master suite with its own walk-in closet and a lovely private bathroom. The top floor can be furnished in different ways according to taste and preference – either with more bedrooms and bathrooms, or large social areas for long dinners with full views over the surrounding water, or the large sofa for cozy evening relaxation with sunset views, or just an exit to the large square terrace with 360-degree views.

The process
Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
