AquaTower
AqAquaTower is our latest addition, which we have developed in collaboration with the Dutch architectural firm Waterstudio.nl. AquaTower is available in 6 or 7-storey versions including the floating ground, floor 0. Floor 0 are approx. 550 m², floor 1 is approx. 570 m²
and floors 2-6 are approx. 161.2 m² on each floor, together approx. 1926 m², in a 7-storey version.
AquaTower can be ordered as a hotel with hotel rooms on floors 2-6 or as apartments or as student apartments. Floor 1 deck level, can be designed as a reception, lounge, restaurant/s, cafes, gym, office, retail space etc. Floor 0 can be, for example, a restaurant kitchen, community facility, sauna, gym, storage room etc. AquaTower can also be customized as needed and the floating foundation is equipped with trim tanks to be able to trim the building to the correct floating position after it is anchored. The AquaTower building is built indoors completely finished and after it is commissioned and inspected, can be transported on our Submersible pram Berta to the laying site for connection and anchoring.
Student housing
AquaVilla, together with Bygg Vesta, has won a land allocation competition for student housing at Norra Djurgårdsstaden in Stockholm, Sweden. The student housing has been developed together with ÅWL Arkitekter and can be customized as needed.

Recycled material for aquaculture
Wind turbine blades can be used as a structure for growing crops on water. The blades are each 48 meters long and are assembled into a floating structure adapted to create crops on the water. The proposal in the picture is about 100 meters wide and 1 km long.
