About Aquahome 78
AquaHome is one of our standardized house models, designed to provide cost-effective solutions to a broader market. With clean, timeless material choices and an unfinished upper floor, it leaves room for you to choose your own floor plan. The shed roof is ideal for mounting solar panels.
From the entrance on the gable end, you enter a spacious hall with storage under the stairs that leads up to the upper floor and a practical guest WC with shower. The exceptionally spacious social areas on the lower floor, with an open floor plan between kitchen, dining area and living room create a wonderful atmosphere and the many windows and glass section facing the terrace provide magical light.
The stairs lead up to a single large room where only your imagination sets the limits for how you want to furnish it. It is prepared with water and drainage above the guest WC on the lower floor for a bathroom, but otherwise there are no direct limitations for your interior design plans.
Perhaps a gigantic bedroom? Or three? A yoga studio, gym, sauna, living room, hobby room with car track or whatever you wish is possible here.
An open kitchen with carefully selected materials in every detail invites you to long, comfortable dinners with family and friends. The equipment includes everything a demanding chef could imagine, with three different oven types and a first-class coffee machine.
The doors are smooth and lacquered in warm shades as standard. The single-strip oak parquet, the discreet ceiling lighting and the limestone worktop and splashback reinforce the elegant impression. A modern, first-class kitchen where cooking and socializing can come together.

The process
Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
