The launch of AquaVilla in 2000 gave living on the water a whole new meaning. A lakeside plot on land was redefined as a lakeside plot on the water. Today, there are already AquaVillas in several places in Sweden. Today, 15 “Lakeside Villas” are permanently located in Svindersviken in Nacka. A further 25 villas are planned for production and permanent anchorage in Skeppsbrostaden in central Västervik.

In places where there is a shortage of ground space for parking, we can even place an AquaParking, a floating parking garage, where level 0 has space for 40 cars, level 1 for 25 cars, of which 3 are disabled spaces, a total of 65 parking spaces. We can also build a section with level 0.1 for an additional 40 cars, which means that the floating parking garage can accommodate 105 cars in total.
