Villa Futura is placed on an AquaComBo. A floating foundation with trim tanks, as well as a living area of 78 m² including technical space and an auxiliary area of approximately 20 m².
We start on the entrance floor where you enter a hall with a place to hang your jackets, adjacent to a large storage room. There is also a practical guest toilet with shower.
The huge kitchen has an open plan solution to the dining area with room for friends and family and a spacious, beautiful living room with large French windows opening onto the terrace that also has a swim ladder. Perfect for taking a dip on warm summer days.
The stairs in the middle of the house lead up to a Master Suite with private bathroom, walk-in closet and a nice bedroom where you can lie and look out over the water from your bed.
If we instead go down the stairs in the AquaComBo, we will find an entire floor of 78 m² with a large living room, two spacious bedrooms, laundry, a large bathroom with bathtub and shower, a well-planned storage room and technical spaces.
All rooms have windows above the water surface and there is a beautiful play of light in the rooms when the sunrays hit the water surface.

Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
