Villa Helsingfors is spread over two floors and you enter the house through a spacious entrance on the side of the house. The hall leads into a separate bathroom and laundry room, and here is also one of the bedrooms.
From the hall you enter the social areas with an open-plan kitchen and living room and access to a spacious terrace.
The built-in staircase leads up to the upper level where a luxurious Master Suite with walk-in closet, private bathroom and a generous bedroom creates a luxurious feel. On the other side you have another large bedroom with double doors leading into a study/library and an en-suite bathroom.
Both bedrooms have access to generous terraces.

The process
Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
