About Oslo 134
Villa Oslo is designed in a modern style with a gable roof both lengthwise and laterally, which is ideal for solar cells, and creates a lovely ceiling height inside the house. The house is placed on an AquaComBi where there is plenty of storage down in the concrete caisson.
The entrance on the gable leads into a hall with generous clothes storage and built-in wardrobe, a spacious bedroom and a toilet/shower.
From the hall you enter the lovely social areas with an open plan between the kitchen with dining area and living room with large sliding doors out to the large terrace. We have placed the stairs a little to the side so that it does not take up too much space, and it leads up to the upper floor which is furnished with a Master Suite with walk in closet and private bathroom.
The generous living room can be used in a variety of ways, and it is lovely to sit here with a book and a cup of tea on rainy days. There is also a large covered terrace which is a nice place either as protection from the sun or for the AquaVilla model Oslo, 134m² rain. The large areas are perfect for growing flowers and vegetables.

Ordering a floating house is easy. When ordering, we go through all your questions and you can make the options and adjustments that suit you. We help you through the entire construction process and submit all necessary documents. Once the house is constructed and inspected, it is delivered to you and connected to the existing infrastructure.
